We support projects in all fields of Engineering, including Manufacturing, Industry, Energy, Pharma & Biotech, and Supply Chain & Logistics.

We are currently looking for an Engineer to lead the growth of our Engineering & Industry division in Madrid. The ideal candidate will bring technical and/or commercial knowledge of the sector, a natural drive to support people and organizations in growing together, and a strong passion for consultancy within this expanding industry.

Job description:

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for building a strong portfolio of clients, driving the success of recruitment projects, and leading a team of consultants toward their goals.

Your main responsibilities will include: 

• Developing and managing a comprehensive portfolio of clients within the Engineering & Industry sector
• Addressing client needs through effective communication and the application of top-quality processes
• Recruiting, developing, and mentoring a team of consultants, ensuring delivery of high-level recruitment services
• Fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant industry; prior experience in Sales or in recruitment consultancy is a strong plus.
• Education: BSc or MSc in Engineering or a related field is mandatory.
• Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English required; knowledge of a third European language is an asset
• Competences: 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
    
  • Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced, start-up-like environment
