About the client:

It is a leading provider of dental products and solutions across Europe. The group combines decades of experience in the dental industry with a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist, responsible for managing and negotiating with part of the supplier portfolio of the group´s company, focusing on the Dutch market. The role’s mission is to drive indirect revenue growth (through rebates and marketing plan sales) while contributing to the overall profitability and long-term growth of the company.

Main Responsibilities

- Negotiate and secure additional income through supplier rebates and marketing plan agreements.
- Analyze profitability and identify opportunities to increase indirect revenue from assigned suppliers.
- Negotiate growth targets and commercial agreements in line with company objectives.
- Prepare reports and updates on the progress of supplier negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with the Procurement Manager and Operations Department to ensure strategic alignment.
- Comply with the company’s Health and Safety standards as part of the Prevention Plan.
- Perform other procurement-related tasks as requested by your manager.

Reports to: Procurement Manager / Operations Director

Requirements:

- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally in the retail or consumer goods sector.
- Demonstrated experience in supplier management and negotiation.
- Fluent level of Dutch, with fluent English and/or Spanish.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously.
