Business Development Manager - São Paulo

Our client is an international company specializing in innovative learning and
certification solutions that empower professionals and institutions through technology.
With a strong presence in Europe and a growing footprint in Latin America, they are now
strengthening their business development operations in Brazil.

The Business Development Manager will take ownership of client acquisition and
account growth in a high-potential market, working closely with the Global Sales
Manager and the Marketing team.
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Business Development Manager will
play a key role in driving outbound growth and developing new business opportunities
among Brazil’s top educative organizations. Its main responsibilities will be to:

• Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities within targeted
  accounts
• Execute a structured outbound sales strategy supported by the marketing team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in corporate,
  academic, and institutional clients
• Understand client needs to offer tailored learning and certification solutions
• Manage and nurture selected accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term
  cooperation
• Contribute to forecasting and reporting activities for the region

• Experience: At least 2 years in business development or sales ideally within the EdTech, SaaS, or digital learning sectors.
• Education: A bachelor in Business Administration or related fields would be an asset. 
• Languages: Fluency in English. Spanish proficiency considered a plus.
• Competences: 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills applicable to both corporate and academic clients.
  • Demonstrable motivation, autonomy and goal-oriented mindset with a hunter approach to generate new business.
