Beyond our recruitment consultancy, Actual Group’s CSR strategy is built on three pillars: social, societal and environmental. Each of our services is aligned with one of these pillars – whether it’s recruiting responsibly, supporting businesses, contributing to regional economic development, being a responsible employer, or managing our environmental impact.

Quality of life at work: In 2017, in collaboration with an architect, all the facilities and equipment in our branches were reworked to make our employees’ daily lives easier (ergonomics, acoustics).
Management: We involve employees via participative management. We train our line managers in agile management and continuous co-development.
Act4Management training: This program, aimed at top and line managers, enables our employees to :

Actions for the disabled: We offer our customers the opportunity to take part in Duoday and benefit from the Indeed and Linkedin partnership.
Feminization of jobs: We support our customers in auditing their recruitment and communication policies, and in implementing concrete actions to feminize their personnel.
