Job description
We are recruiting a UX Researcher / UX Designer to join a specialized team of consultants in ergonomics and UX design. The role focuses on integrating user needs at the earliest stages of the design cycle for features and services that will equip the vehicles of tomorrow.
Integrated within multidisciplinary teams, the role focuses on embedding human and organizational factors into the design, assessment and improvement of technical and organizational systems in factory environments.
Main responsibilities of the Consultant UX/Ergonomics will be to:
Conduct regular benchmarks on new human-system interaction methods.
Identify core user requirements for embedded digital features and services through usage analysis.
Prepare and facilitate user workshops and focus groups to design digital solutions.
Specify ergonomic rendering, including screen zoning, interface behavior, and navigation
Create static or dynamic mock-ups for human-system interfaces.
Conduct expert ergonomic analyses of existing interfaces
Develop, execute, and analyze user tests on simulators or in real driving conditions.
Evolve within the role, with potential opportunities in local management or business development.
Profile required
Experience
Ideally 1–3 years of experience in digital ergonomics or as a human factors specialist
Proven interest in the automotive sector and innovation
Education
Master’s degree in Ergonomics, UX Design, or Human Factors Engineering
Tools & Languages
Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Mastery of interface prototyping tools such as Adobe XD or Figma.
Competences
